The cast iron teapot is the best way to brew tea, since the cast iron distributes the heat evenly inside the pot and extracts the flavors in the tea the teapot keeps the tea hot for close to an hour. I displayed my cast iron teapot over the bamboo table mat as the centerpiece on my dining table.
